We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Installation Assistant to join our team and help customers successfully install and set up our products.

As an Installation Assistant, you will guide customers step-by-step through the installation process, providing exceptional onboarding support to ensure they have a seamless experience with our products.

What to do

  • Assist customers with the installation and configuration providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions.
  • Conduct one-on-one onboarding sessions to educate customers on how to use the products and set them up for success.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate any advanced issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support if needed.

What we expect

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or onboarding role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with customers, ensuring they feel supported throughout the installation process.
  • Continuously learn about new features and updates to our products to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance.
